Where can I learn more about your ingredients?
Each of our product detail pages has in depth information about the specific ingredients included in them.
Where are your products manufactured?
The Science Of blends and packs all products in New Zealand
Do your products contain dairy?
Unless specifically identified on the individual product, all of our products are dairy-free.
Are your products free from preservatives, colouring, artificial sweeteners and artificial flavourings?
The Science Of formulations contain no synthetic sweeteners, flavours, or preservatives. Any sweetness, flavour, or colour present is derived exclusively from naturally occurring compounds.
Shipping and Handling
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible at support@thescienceof.co.nz. If your order has already been fulfilled, it can’t be changed.
Can I update my delivery address?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact us right away at support@thescienceof.co.nz with your updated address. Once the courier has your parcel, we can’t guarantee address changes.
Does my order qualify for free shipping?
Yes, if your order total is over $89 NZD (for New Zealand deliveries) or $89 AUD (for Australian deliveries).
How long will my order take to arrive?
New Zealand: 1–3 business days (rural addresses may take longer).
Australia: Standard shipping 3–5 business days, express shipping 2–3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this stage. We currently ship only within New Zealand and Australia.
Which couriers do you use?
We ship with NZ Post and DHL for both New Zealand and Australia.
Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email or SMS. If you can’t see your email, please check your spam or junk folder.
I received the wrong item or something is missing — what should I do?
Please email us at support@thescienceof.co.nz with your order number and a photo if possible. We’ll fix it quickly.
Can I return a product I bought in-store?
Purchases made through third-party retailers must be returned directly to that store under their returns policy. Only products purchased via thescienceof.co.nz or thescienceof.shop are eligible under our returns policy.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available for New Zealand customers only and apply if your product is faulty, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. We don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
